We regularly ask small business owners for their challenges they face and one of the challenges that was thrown at us was managing Fine print in business.

We all know how important it is to be covered with a set of terms & conditions when you are selling your good or services and also the reverse when you sign the dotted line for insurance, supplier activity, phone contracts etc

As you would agree, fine print is closely related to organisational leadership. How much time does a business owner/management team spend on making sure they are covered.
